I’m Jon, a positive leadership evangelist specialising in business transformation.

I provide consultancy services for organisations who want to transform the way they do business.  I have over 15 years’ experience in both public and private sectors.


I help companies make a success of their change initiatives. I am available for work either as an independent consultant, or in-house as part of a multidisciplinary team.

I’m a change all-rounder but specialise in project, programme and portfolio management.

Past projects include the creation of ground breaking local authority shared services and companies.
